PURCHASE, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICIES

Through the Site, US vs HERD, Inc. offers both individual digital products for sale and subscription, membership or other periodic fee-based services (such as training course subscriptions), as well as physical merchandise items (such as t-shirts).

Individual Digital Products

For all individual digital products purchased through the Site, a valid credit card will be required to complete the purchase and the amount of the purchase will be charged to the credit card concurrently with the completion of the purchase on the Site. When you purchase an individual digital product, you will receive a streaming or digital version, no physical copies of products or other materials will be shipped or provided to you.

If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with a digital product purchase, the customer has 30 days to submit a request for cancellation of services and a refund of the purchase price. After 30 days, all payments made to US vs HERD, Inc. in connection with any product purchased or account or service, and any renewal thereof, are non-refundable; and US vs HERD, Inc. does not offer, and is not required to provide, any refunds or credits for any reason, including, without limitation, satisfaction or your failure to cancel your account or service prior to its automatic renewal. There is no circumstance in which you will be entitled to, or US vs HERD, Inc. is required to provide, a refund or credit for any reason, including, without limitation, satisfaction or your failure to cancel your account or service prior to its automatic renewal.

Subscriptions, Memberships, and other Periodic Fee-Based Services

When purchasing digital subscriptions, memberships, or other periodic fee-based services on the Site, a valid credit card will be required for billing purposes. You hereby consent to, acknowledge and allow US vs HERD, Inc. to store (or cause a third party to store on behalf of US vs HERD, Inc.) such payment information and agree to the following policies and procedures for payment of subscription, membership or other periodic fees related to the Site.

Immediately upon signing up for an account or one-time purchase price service, the fee associated with that purchasse will be charged to such credit card as the purchaser designates.

Immediately upon signing up for a multiple payment account or other periodic fee-based services on the Site, the fees associated with the first period or term of your selected account or service (monthly, quarterly, annual, as applicable) will be charged to such credit card. Purchasers must agree to the automatic payment of continuing charges in accordance with the number of required periodic payments for the service(s) purchased. Within ten (10) business days prior to the expiration of the initially selected period or term, and each subsequent such period or term until your account or other periodic service is fulfilled or canceled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the fees associated with your selected account or service for the following applicable period or term will be automatically renewed, and an amount for your renewed account or service will be billed and charged to such credit card by US vs HERD, Inc. in accordance with the Site’s then-current pricing schedule.

If the credit card associated with your account or service should expire, terminate or any payment is otherwise rejected by the issuing company, US vs HERD, Inc. may immediately terminate your account or service. It is solely your responsibility to ensure (1) that valid credit card information remains on file for your account or service and the automatic renewal thereof, and (2) that a valid email address remains on file for your account or service for any communications from US vs HERD, Inc. related thereto.

If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with a digital subscription, membership, or other periodic fee-based digital product purchase, the customer has 30 days to submit a request for cancellation of services and a refund of the purchase price. All fees charged by US vs HERD, Inc. in connection with any product purchased or account or service of the Site are exclusive of any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by any taxing authority, and you shall be, and hereby are, responsible for the payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties arising from your purchase of products or use of the Site.

Physical Merchandise

When purchasing physical merchandise, a valid credit card will be required for billing purposes. You hereby consent to, acknowledge, and allow US vs HERD, Inc. to store (or cause a third party to store on behalf of US vs HERD, Inc.) such payment information. US vs HERD, Inc. sells various merchandise items through Spring (teespring.com). We abide by their published purchase and refund policies as duplicated below:

Spring 30 Day “Make it Right” Policy
Here at Teespring, we want to make sure you love your order and if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to make things right. As long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, we’ll provide a solution.

For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the the products on a flat, well lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution.

Spring Cancellations and Amendments
All of our products are made to order especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production. Please keep in mind that in some cases, this could be as soon as two hours for Rush shipping, just 12 hours for standard shipping, or once the listing ends (whichever comes first).

Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any concerns you have.

Spring Damaged/Quality Issues
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, as well as eliminate errors in future printing.

Spring Gift Returns/Exchanges
At Teespring, we understand that gift-giving can be a complex art. If you’ve ordered or received a Teespring product as a gift and it needs to be returned, our standard policies will apply.

Spring Refunds
PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account within 24 business hours. Please note, the refunded amount must be transferred back to your banking institution from your Paypal account.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within three to five business days.
