Trading options isn’t easy and in a choppy market it could make you come to tears. In this market don’t get discouraged if a position goes against you but adjust your size accordingly. When markets are choppy I don’t like trading too big because when you lose, you lose big. Keep position sizes small, plan your trades, and stay disciplined.
