The differences between these two platforms are pretty drastic. Both are offered by tastyworks and both have an incredibly different feel to them. It’s 100% based on preference and how you like to trade, or how you like your information displayed. There are also minor glitches within the desktop platform that haven’t been ironed out yet. The web platform seems more stable but also is more foreign looking if your used to other brokerages. It’s quite unique and is very similar to the dough platform, which tastytrade owned and operated with TD Ameritrade. So which one is better and which one should you use?
